Prices for artistic mural

 The cost of the order depends on the details of the sketch (the number of small elements), the filling of the wall with the drawing, and the technique of painting. The total size of the painting also affects the cost. For more accurate understanding of price formation, in the description of each work, the cost is indicated for 1sq.m. Here is the approximate cost of painting for an average drawing area from 4 to 15 sq.m.

On works over 15 sq.m. you get 5 - 35% discount. Area up to 4 sq.m. is counted as the cost of the painting. When ordering more than 50 sq.m. the price is negotiable. Materials are paid separately according to receipts. The minimum order for an art mural is $ 250.

The nuances of price formation for artistic mural

• Work on the ceiling + 100% to the cost.

• Work at a height of more than 3.5 m. + 25% to the cost.

• Work on uneven texture (decorative plaster, embossed wallpaper, brick) + 10 - 30% to the cost.

• Wall paintings less than 30 cm wide is counted per linear meter.

• • Painting on furniture and other surfaces counts as 1 detail.

MATERIALS FOR ARTISTIC MURAL

Materials are not included in the cost of work and are paid separately. Payment for materials is made after completing work, according to the receipts.

The cost of materials is: For painting walls or ceilings in an apartment - about 10 - 15% of the cost of work; Painting of facades and external walls - about 20 - 25% of the cost of work; Painting furniture and other items - about 30% of the cost of work;

We use exclusively environmentally friendly, safe, and harmless acrylic paints, imported (mainly English) to complete the painting. It is also possible to carry out painting with oil paints, depending on the plot.

Painting, if necessary, or at the request of the client, after completing, is covered with an additional protective layer of matt varnish for painting. Often, varnishing is necessary in children's rooms and public places.

It is not necessary, as the paint is perfectly absorbed into the wall and does not require additional fixation.

Without varnish, the painting looks more noble, and does not have unnecessary sheen and glare.

We provide 2 years guarantee for the preservation of the painting, even without varnishing. If nothing happens to the painting during this period, it will remain for decades. The best proof of this is the fact that out of more than 250 painting projects, there wasn’t any requested restoration from our clients.

Mural ordering process

1. Preliminary consultation by phone. For a substantive discussion of the problem, it is necessary to provide information about the size of the painting and having of a sketch, or wishes for it. Preliminary estimate.

2. Development of a sketch based on your wishes, size of the walls, the style of the room and its colors, etc. The designer completes the sketch until complete variant is approved by the client, taking into account all wishes and edits.

3. After approval of the sketch, the final calculation of the cost and terms of work.

4. Selection of colors - and, if necessary, the execution of a sample and coloring.

5. Signing of the contract. Prepayment 50%.

6. Execution of painting by our artists entirely by hand, on time, with a guarantee of quality.

7. Delivery of work. Postpay 50% + payment for materials by checks.

Trial sample

Before starting painting, after the sketch has already been approved, it is possible to perform a sample - a small fragment of the painting. The sample will allow you to accurately approve:

• Shades of colors on the painting

• Technique of work performance

• Drawing of small elements

The test sample is made in the form of a painting on canvas at a scale of 1: 1.

The cost is $ 50 - $ 150 depending on the complexity.

Surface preparation for painting

The most important condition for the preservation of the painting is high-quality surface preparation. The painting will last for decades, if it is done correctly. If the wall is poorly prepared, the drawing can deform only together with the base. Before starting work, artists check the quality of the wall for possible defects. When we use acrylic artistic paints (in 90% of cases), the surface does not require special preparation. This should be a high-quality finish painting in a color that will serve as a background for future painting. Painting in white is necessary, if the painting will be done with a full filling of the wall with a drawing. For painting, we use acrylic, matte, preferably not latex paint, at least of average quality. Before applying paint to the putty wall, it must be carefully primed in 2-3 layers. If the room is located in a new house, it is also advisable to apply fiberglass and non-woven fabric before putting, which will protect against microcracks on the wall. On this issue it is better to consult with your foreman or painter. The surface (wall) must be prepared in such a way as if it were a topcoat and the painting was not intended to be applied.

In the case of painting with oil art paints, the wall should only be putty, without applying a primer or painting.

The term of work execution depends on their complexity and volume. Work of medium complexity and medium size - about 10 sq.m. is performed in about 8-12 business days.

Often several artists are working on a project at the same time, which saves you time. If necessary, 4-5 artists can work together at the same time. Also, we discuss on an individual basis the performance of work on weekends, and at a convenient time for you.
